"Breaking with Europe means breaking with our values" says French Prime Minister, Elisabeth Borne, during a visit to Dublin, where she met with her Irish counterpart Leo Varadkar. The visit, Borne's first overseas trip of 2023, comes seven months ahead of European Parliament elections, which will take place against a complex backdrop.
