Speaking ahead of presidential elections in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the country's President Félix Tshisekedi addresses the nation in parliament, talking about the security situation, the prospects for the arrival of a new international force in the east of the country and respect for the December electoral deadlines. "We have the choice of starting from scratch or consolidating the gains for this progressive momentum" he says.
