A lull appears in the Pas-de-Calais region, which had been subjected to exceptionally wet weather for days and torrential rain again on Tuesday. Inhabitants are exhausted and are already fearing the next flood. In the commune of Saint-Léonard, "the damage is enormous", warns the mayor.
