In his near-deserted kibbutz in Kiryat Shmona, Yoav Hermoni, a member of the Kibbutz rapid response team, carries a gun and consults a map. "We're 2.5 km from Lebanon," he says, close to the border where Hezbollah and Israeli forces have been exchanging fire regularly in the past weeks. "I feel bad.
