French Minister of Agriculture Marc Fesneay justifies the country's decision to abstain after the EU voted to allow the use of the controversial herbicide glyphosate for another 10 years. In the vote, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands abstained, and three countries -- Austria, Croatia and Luxembourg -- voted against a renewal. SOUNDBITE
