Slovakia's populist Prime Minister Robert Fico rejects resuming military aid to war-ravaged Ukraine, saying the conflict is "frozen" and may last until 2030. Fico became prime minister after winning a general election in September with a pledge to discontinue military aid to Ukraine provided by the previous liberal governments.
