Over a thousand leaders from all over the world are meeting in Vienna this week for the General Assembly of the International Police Cooperation Organization, which was founded 100 years ago in the Austrian capital. "We have been growing from 20 member countries in 1923, now today to hopefully 196 member countries, at the end of this week." says Jürgen Stock, General Secretary of the Lyon-based "hub for information sharing".
