As crunch UN climate talks hosted by the oil-rich United Arab Emirates enter their second day, leaders including German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and United States Vice-President Kamala Harris address the plenary session of COP28 in Dubai.
