Lawyers representing human rights organisations in the Netherlands take the Dutch State to court, asking judges to rule that the state should stop its supply of F-35 parts to Israel, saying there is a risk that the fighter jets could be used to commit human rights violations in Gaza. The Dutch state disputes the allegations. "Legally... it's not so much the fact that there are violations of international law, but that there is a risk of those," says Michiel Servaes, Director of Oxfam Novib, one of the groups filing suit.
