Protesters gather near the COP28 climate summit in Dubai for a demonstration highlighting the destruction caused by fossil fuels. Battle lines on coal, oil and gas hardened on Tuesday as activists said the number of fossil fuel lobbyists at the climate summit outnumbered nearly every delegation. Saudi Arabia, the world's biggest oil exporter, has said it would not agree to phasing down fossil fuels, let alone phasing them out entirely.
