Belgian police patrol the scene of a shooting on a major shopping street in central Brussels which they say left four people wounded. The shots were fired on Wednesday evening on the Avenue de la Toison d'Or, a busy commercial street near a covered passageway featuring upscale fashion boutiques. "We welcomed them here and they took refuge there, but they were in a panic!"
