Chinese foreign ministry official suggests Beijing would not be able to sway Moscow during a press briefing after the EU-China summit in Beijing. Russia "is a very independent sovereign nation", Wang Lutong, director of the Chinese Foreign Ministry European Affairs Department told journalists.
