Aerial images show a vast camp set up in Rafah, southern Gaza, where displaced Palestinians have gathered as intense fighting engulfs the territory's main cities. On Thursday, as the war between Israel and Hamas entered its third month, heavy urban combat was raging in the southern city of Khan Yunis, as well as Gaza City in the north.
