US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Mexico's Finance Minister Rogelio Ramirez de la O hold a joint press conference as she ends a three-day visit to Mexico City, with the two countries set to form a working group on foreign investment screening to guard against national security threats. The pact does not mention specific countries, but comes amid concerns that China or others could find ways to get around US trade restrictions.
