The president of Venezuela's Parliament, Jorge Rodriguez, and the the Special Commission for the Defense of Guyana Essequibo unveil a new map of Venezuela that includes the disputed oil-rich region with Guyana. The United Nations Security Council met behind closed doors Friday on the fast-escalating row between the two South American neighbors.
