Medics treat the wounded at a hospital in Idlib after five civilians, including two children, were killed and more than 20 others injured on Saturday by a Syrian army bombardment of the country's last major rebel bastion. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), led by Al-Qaeda's former Syria branch and considered a terrorist group by Hamas, controls swathes of Idlib province and parts of the neighbouring Aleppo, Hama and Latakia provinces.
