Description
Outside the venue of the UK's Covid-19 inquiry, protesters share their views on Rishi Sunak's 'Eat Out to Help Out' scheme that aimed to help the struggling hospitality sector during the pandemic. Sunak, who was finance minister at the time, will today give evidence to the public inquiry into the UK government's handling of the crisis. "It was quite obvious, especially to the scientists, that it was going to result in a spike of infections, which it did. Tens of thousands of people unnecessarily died", says Peter, who suffers from long Covid. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
