The UK and Norway announce new maritime support for Ukraine at a joint press conference with Britain's Defence Minister Grant Shapps Norway's Defence Minister Bjørn Arild Gram as well as Vice Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa, the head of Ukraine's Navy. Shapps says today's announcement sends a 'critical message' to the Kremlin who would be 'mistaken' if it thinks the Western allies are 'distracted by events in the Middle East'.
