Lyubov Ganzhela's destroyed fifth floor apartment in eastern Ukraine had been taken over by snow and pigeons, but the 63-year-old stayed warm in the basement where she resettled. Nothing remained of the flat of Lyubov Surzhan on the fifth and top floor, which she said was hit by Russian tank fire.
