France Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin meets officers at Calais police station during a visit to discuss the issue of illegal immigration. The visit, which was previously scheduled, comes as one person drowned and another was seriously hurt when a boat carrying dozens of migrants trying to reach the English coast capsized in the Channel, according to French maritime authorities.
