Summer hasn't yet begun in Brazil but temperatures are already very high, with all-time records broken in recent months in several regions. Faced with this atypical heat, the city of Sao Paulo has set up a "High-Temperature Operation" where tents offer shade, particularly for homeless people, distribute water and fruit, and even offer medical care if needed.
