Description
People take part in a Christmas Eve procession in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv, as the country gears up to celebrate Christmas Day on December 25 for the first time, after the government changed the date from January 7 in a snub to Russia. Lviv residents bring out traditional "didukh", a decoration made from wheat that symbolises sacrifice. "Our boys and girls are now standing there on the front line fighting for these changes, for the right to celebrate with the whole world", says Tetyana, who is seen performing at the celebration with her band.
