Helsinki is seeing temperatures fall to minus 15C as a cold snap hits parts of Scandinavia. Despite even colder temperatures expected as from tomorrow, residents in Finalnd's capital are unfazed by the freezing weather. "It’s all about the clothing, and I’m really loving it.
