This weekend's official abdication of Denmark's 83-year-old Queen Margrethe II and the accession of her son Crown Prince Frederik, 55, will give rise to "a new type of monarchy" in the Nordic country, says Danish historian and royal expert Lars Hovbakke Sørensen.
