Description
An exhibition dedicated to the portraits of the Danish Queen Margrethe II opens in the National History museum located in the Frederiksborg castle of Hillerod, North of Copenhagen. "She means a lot to almost everybody living in Denmark and many people abroad so she's really sort of tied Denmark and Danish people together for more than 50 years" says Ulla Tofte, the director of the Danish National History museum. Visitors come to express their emotions before the day of the abdication "it was a bit of a shock. But actually it's a very nice decision" explains Hellena Villadsen, a 52 years old nurse. "I think it will bring some new energy. So everybody likes the Crown Prince today and the king tomorrow. So I think it will be very nice". IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES ARRANGED IN SEQUENCES
