"It's a historic moment" says Mickael Mose, a Dane who has travelled more than three hours to Copenhagen to see the country's throne pass from the abdicating Queen Margrethe and her son, Crown Prince Frederik. Mose is just one of 100,000 Danes expected to turn out for the unprecedented event, only the second time a Danish monarch has stepped down, with the last one being Erik III almost nine centuries ago in 1146.
