The number of adult tobacco users is steadily dropping, the World Health Organization says, but warns that Big Tobacco is working hard to attract young people. "Your actions in the tobacco industry, your actions will cause death... I'm calling it criminal" says Dr Ruediger Krech, director of the WHO's health promotion department. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
