"I invite you all to come up to Montmartre and enjoy this magnificent view. Frankly, it's worth the trip," says Rodolphe, a Parisian who comes to Montmartre to do his jogging. "It's always a pleasure," says Alain Renkain, who has come as a tourist to enjoy the view from the Sacré-Coeur. Météo-France has warned that although the snowfall in the Hauts-de-France, Normandy and Paris regions ended on Thursday morning, its effects could last throughout the day, with the roads refreezing early in the evening.
