Argentina's crippling inflation and economic instability is changing the dynamics of the tourism sector in the resort city of Mar del Plata, on the Atlantic coast. "We had a low occupancy rate compared to last year," says Paul Etcheverry, President of the Balneario 13 Ibiza Punta Mogotes beach. Beach vendor Lola Coppo adds that "it is very difficult to sell, especially because people don't have money."
