Liberia witnesses a peaceful transition of power from one elected government to another. 79-year-old Joseph Boakai has been sworn in as the country’s 26th president, taking over from former soccer star, George Weah. In his inaugural speech, Boakai promises to "rebuild the broken infrastructures and improve the delivery of health and social services".
