"You have shown that you can deliver" says European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, speaking in Sarajevo as she urges Bosnia's leadership to accelerate the reforms needed for the EU to approve accession talks. Ahead of the next meeting of the European Council in March, Von der Leyen is in Bosnia alongside the prime ministers of Croatia and the Netherlands.
