Description
Dozens of farmers hold up roads by deliberately driving tractors slowly through the rural Polish village of Deblin, around 100 km south of Warsaw, as part of a cross-Europe two hour-long protest at proposed EU Green Deal reforms. Over 160 such protests took place in rural localities across Poland on January 24, according to a national farmers' union, primarily calling for a review of the EU's Common Agricultural Policy to address grain imports from Ukraine which they say lead to unfair competition.
