In a prison in La Paz, inmate Julio builds miniature iron cars that his wife will try and sell at Bolivia's largest craft fair. Despite his predicament, Julio welcomes the chance to learn a new skill and earn some money for his family, an opportunity offered to thousands of inmates to alleviate the precariousness of their family homes while in detention.
