The "Conseil Municipal Jeunes" (CMJ) (Youth Municipal Council, ed) of Chambourcy, in the Yvelines region of France, whose aim is to raise young people's awareness of democratic practice, has decided to donate Christmas trees discarded after the festive season to Thoiry Zoo. For several years now, the zoo has been collecting Christmas trees to stimulate foraging by certain species. IMAGES
