Liquidators Eddie Middleton and Tiffany Wong of the professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal speak to the press outside Hong Kong’s High Court on Monday, shortly after they were appointed as liquidators for China Evergrande Group, China’s battered real estate giant.
The court on Monday ordered the liquidation of Evergrande, but the firm said it would continue to operate, in a case that has become a symbol of the nation's deepening economic woes. IMAGES
