Kremlin critic Boris Nadezhdin submits his documents to Russia's Central Election Commission to register as a candidate for the upcoming presidential vote in March. The commission will review his application and should within 10 days decide whether he can run. "I am running for election as a principled opponent of the current president's policies," Nadezhdin tells reporters.
