Police and protesters clash outside of Argentina's Congress in Buenos Aires, with officers shooting rubber bullets and firing water cannon to disperse the crowds. The second day of protests comes as the lower house continues to debate President Javier Milei's mega-bill to reform the economy, politics and even some aspects of private life.
