The suspect arrested over a knife attack at Paris's Gare de Lyon railway station has psychiatric problems and is a legal resident of Italy, says Laurent Nunez, Paris police prefect. "As we speak, there is no evidence to suggest that this was a terrorist act," Nunez adds.
