In the Senegalese capital of Dakar, residents are divided over President Macky Sall's shock decision to postpone the February 25 presidential election indefinitely. "On the one hand, I agree (...) because some candidates had declared that they have only one nationality. After verification, we discovered that one candidate has two nationalities," says one.
