A convoy calling itself "God's Army" holds a “Take Back Our Border” rally in Quemado, Texas, on the border between Mexico and the United States. In Eagle Pass, 20 miles away, Shelby Park, a public park at the foot of the international bridge over the Rio Grande has become a base for Texas State Troopers. Since January, they have taken control of the park in order to physically monitor the banks of the river.
