German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius visits Kosovo at the start of his Balkans tour that will take him also to Bosnia and Serbia. "Dialogue and de-escalation are essential," he says during a press conference, "it's always about Kosovo having the right to implement its own structures and laws throughout the entire country."
