Skeletons of burned houses and debris litter the streets of the Lomas Latorre neighborhood, after a raging wildfire in Chile's Vina del Mar claimed at least 122 victims over the weekend. "We lost everything in the blink of an eye," says resident Beatriz Moya Brito. Some residents continue to clear the damage, while others set up tents and claim clothing donations.
