The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) director general Rafael Grossi holds a press conference in Kyiv, Ukraine, during which he says he feels "positive" about tomorrow's visit to the Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, adding that there has been a "gradual increase in the way both sides (Russian and Ukrainian) are following what the IAEA says."
