Pedja Grbin, the leader of Croatia's Social Democratic Party (SDP),
which came second in parliamentary elections, says the results show that "people want a change." The SDP won 42 seats in the 151-member assembly, second only to the ruling conservative party which secured 60 seats, according to results from more than 90 percent of the polling stations. Speaking at the party headquarters in Zagreb, Grbin said that talks on a possible post-election coalition would start Thursday. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
