Two people have been killed as a result of a nighttime Russian rocket attack on the city of Dnipro in eastern Ukraine, an official tells AFP, as rescuers and utility workers fight to contain the blaze on the top floor of a five-storey building that was hit. "We had another bad morning for Dnipro. As of now, there are two dead and 16 moderately injured," Vyacheslav Mamonov, the head of Dnipro's Military Administration says, adding that a "critical infrastructure facility was also hit."
