Description
"In Argentina it is becoming very difficult to make films," says Argentine actress Cecilia Roth, slamming President Javier Milei's cuts to the cinema industry. Speaking in Mexico at the Premios Platino -- Ibero-America's annual film prizes -- Roth says she fears next year "there may not be any representatives from our country." Roth, who is best known for her role in the film "All About My Mother," directed by Pedro Almodovar, makes the comments as she receives an honorary prize at the Platino Awards in Playa del Carmen.
