Description
Hungary and Slovakia's foreign ministers say their countries will not provide military aid to Ukraine as part of the Czech initiative. Speaking at a press conference in Prague along with his Polish, Czech and Hungarian counterparts, Slovakia's Juraj Blanar says the conflict in Ukraine "doesn't have a military solution," and that his country will "continue to help with humanitarian help and also with non-lethal equipment". The Czech Republic has recently started an international initiative to raise money to buy up to 800,000 artillery shells to be shipped to Ukraine within months. Officials say they have a pledge from 18 countries to buy 300,000 shells and are looking for resources to secure the remaining 500,000. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
