"We don't even have food to give us the energy to go collect the water" say a Palestinian waiting to fill a containers with water in the northern Gaza Strip. The United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees has said that Israel had definitively barred it from making aid deliveries in northern Gaza, where the threat of famine is highest.
