One person has been killed and 18 others injured in aerial bombing and shelling on Ukraine's second largest city of Kharkiv, which has been reeling from power outages as a result of Russian strikes. "I felt a blow to my head. Then the dust settled and we ran out into the corridor. We saw that there were no windows and the doors were broken," says Vladislav, a Kharkiv resident with a bandage on his head. Russian attacks on eastern and southern Ukraine have killed at least three people according to officials, as Kyiv called for more Patriot air defence systems to battle a surge in missile strikes.
