"It's my house, it's my home" says 43-year-old Sandrine Touchard, as she tries to pump out as much water as possible. Through the window, the Vienne, in France's northwest, has been overflowing since late yesterday, causing severe flooding and forcing the evacuation of more than one hundred residents.
